Returns & Exchanges

At Camellia Blue, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the results, simply contact us via our contact form here.

We will send you the Return Authorization Form which is to accompany the product being returned.

If you are returning a non-defective product, you will be required to pay return shipping fees.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Product Sets & Collections cannot be separated to return. Full sets must be returned. Shipping costs are not refunded.

We do not allow exchanges except for defective product received; however, you can return the product for a refund and purchase the items desired in place of your return.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip as well as the Return Authorization Form.
You can return items up to 60 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.


Shipping, Handling and Processing

Camellia Blue orders are shipped on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays). During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

Purchases will be shipped via UPS or USPS.  You can expect your purchase to arrive within 2-15 business days (Monday – Friday) from receipt of your order. You will be notified via email when your order is completed and has been shipped.

Unless specified, the shipping and handling cost per order is set at a flat rate of $7.00.

We DO NOT ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We CANNOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands.

P.O. Boxes: As we ship with UPS & USPS, we require you to enter your permanent street address as well as your PO Box.

International Addresses:  Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Holiday Schedule:
Camellia Blue will be closed on the holidays listed below. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the office will be closed the following Monday.
